Based in Cardiff, the capital city of Wales, Morlan delivers property projects from start to finish. We work with investors to source opportunities, coordinate development, and manage assets through to completion and long term returns.
Everything we do is handled in house and locally, giving our investors clarity, control, and confidence at every stage of the process.
A Founder With Over 10 Years of Industry Experience
Morlan was founded by Tom, who began his journey in property through buy, refurbish, and rent opportunities on terraced houses in the Welsh Valleys.
These early projects required relatively low levels of investment but built the foundations of practical experience and local understanding.
Over time, that experience has grown into delivering larger scale projects, including city centre and urban regeneration developments.
