Morlan is a Cardiff-based private members, masterminding and networking community for property investors and developers. It’s a focused, supportive space where like-minded people share experience, collaborate on opportunities, and hold each other accountable as they grow their businesses.
Why I Created Morlan
I set up Morlan because I wanted a place where property people could grow together without paying huge fees. For years I tried different networks, spent a lot of money, and felt there had to be a better way — something affordable, valuable, and genuinely supportive.

Story Introduction
My journey in property hasn’t been perfect. I’ve made mistakes, learned the hard way, and spent years building the right relationships. Over time, I’ve raised millions in finance, built a pipeline of deals stretching into the multi-millions, and gained over a decade of hands-on experience renovating and investing.
What I realised is simple:
property is all about people.
The right conversations, support, and opportunities can completely change your path. That’s what I wanted to create with Morlan — a community built on genuine experience and shared ambition.
Morlan brings beginners and experienced developers together to collaborate, share deals, ask questions openly, and support each other’s growth. To set strong foundations, I even brought a couple of my own investors in as lifetime members.
As we grow, Morlan will also launch an education and coaching arm for those who want deeper guidance or more structured support.
Our shared goal is clear:
